Premier League side give green light from Bayern

The Rekordmeister are willing to allow the Englishman speak to Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins and the club’s American majority shareholders about replacing Bob Bradley.

Swansea know all about Clement from their interview process back in October when he was one of three men in the frame to replace Francesco Guidolin.

The ex-Derby County boss is expected to be appointed on Tuesday with reports claiming he has been offered a two-and-a-half year deal by the Premier League’s bottom-placed club.

It is unlikely he will be in the dugout for Tuesday’s game at Crystal Palace, although he is flying in to the country for the match.
