Felix Zwayer: I stand by my decision

Bayern were denied a late penalty in the cup final, and the club’s future boss admitted the winners were fortunate.

“Kevin went to clear the ball but hit his foot,” Kovac told ARD . “I think we were lucky. It was a penalty kick.”

But two days after the DFB Pokal final, Felix Zwayer has finally reacted saying that his stays by his decision.

“I saw there was a contact but for me it was not enough to award a penalty.

Kevin Prince Boateng went to clear the ball and hit Javi Martinez foot but for me it was not convincing enough to change my initial decision.

“I still stand by my decision,” said Felix Zwayer.
